                                                 My name is Vikas Pandey and I'm a Engineer by trade. My

                         total experience comes from Automobile Industry for most of the Automobile

                         OEM's. Majority of projects starts from the conception stage to completion.

                         Consistently ahead of schedule and within budget.

                          I'm a proud Indian and I live in Detroit, Michigan with my wife Veena and

                          our daughter Tiya (>1). Tho I am working for Vehicle Climate Controls now

                          a days, but Michigan weather doesn't seems under any control. "Snow 

                          Sucks" when I first heard, I didn't believe it but eventually I would say

                          "Really it Sucks". No matter what vehicle you ride, let it be a 4X4 truck, a

                          V8 sports car or a heavy Van, When it comes to Snow all Fails. Trust me,

                          no ABS will work out over it, all you can do is Blow your horn and pray. 

                  Are't kids great. She cracks me up. 

                  Although I do have to say "kids are not 

                  easy". You never know what they are upto.
